Talked to a service rep. yesterday, and told her that I was getting calls from no number. I have set up on my preferences for phone to block all no phone numbers. She said that she didn't know about the preferences site on the web, but told me to re-block with the *77. Also she told me that if you are a charity or political operation, you can get through with a no phone number!
Gee so much for blocking calls!
Going to get a Digitone Call Blocker today and not have to worry about Comcast doing anything and not telling you.
